2013 Gibson Les Paul Traditional. The owner bought the guitar with change he has saved over the years and then unfortunately had a run-in with a mic stand while recording. He was super bummed, to say the least.
Cool thing is that the finish is nitrocellulose, so I can drop in some fills and then burn them in for a near undetectable repair. These dents are all the way down to the wood, so in the past I have steamed out the dents through the finish to minimize the amount of drop fill required. I have found this works better on clear finishes however - the steam can do funky things as it penetrates through the sunburst color layer on it’s way down to the wood.
