2008 Sadowsky Modern 24 Music Man :: set up and pickup cover holes plugged.

Sadowsky consistently makes some of the finest basses to grace my bench.  This one is a super lightweight ash body and sounds absolutely huge.  The controls and preamp offer a wide variety of tones.  From top to bottom: passive volume, active volume, bass cut/boost, treble cut/boost and a mini toggle for series/split/parallel.  The passive and active volume controls allow you to blend between the straight and buffered signal - extremely versatile!  And I can’t get over how lightweight yet balanced this bass is.

The setup is super low on this one - similar to the action found on an electric guitar.  The player installed a bridge cover at one point and has since removed it.  I plugged the holes and matched the color of the center sunburst with tinted shellac.
