An Epiphone Les Paul with some switching issues. Turned out that the contacts in the 3 way toggle switch needed to be re-tensioned so they signal would not cut out when using. Easy fix once you figure out what's going on.

toggle switch
A nice little Les Paul Studio in for a bone new nut and some switching issues. The toggle switch had been replaced and the solder connections were rather poor. This style switch is designed to break the connection as opposed to making a connection. The pickups would cut in and out and there was no neck-only position. The neck position was not properly kicking away the bridge pickup connection so the contacts needed to be physically adjusted to allow the neck-only pickup.
This Schecter dropped by with a broken mini switch that turns the Sustainiac circuit on and off. This switch is mounted direct to a circuit board and was rather stubborn to remove (as seen in the video below).
I was playing around with the circuit and stumbled across this rather cryptic message. The screwdriver became an antenna and picked up a random local radio station.
Phred Wolph [7.9 lbs] :: bad effects loop switch.
This is a copy based on "The Wolf" guitar built by Doug Irwin for Jerry Garcia in 1973. It has an onboard effects loop that allows you to send your signal out to your pedal board and then back to the guitar. The toggle switch that turns this loop on / off became intermittent so it was replaced with a new Carling DPDT.
