This vintage Martin was picked up this morning after having it's bridge reglued, a couple loose back brace ends secured and an overall cleaning. The owner's mother purchased this guitar for her brand new in 1961 for $160! After 55 years together, she is looking to sell it so please feel free to contact me if you are interested.

loose brace end
This guy was finally picked up after 2 years (!). I reglued the bridge, repaired a split in the headstock and glued up a loose tailblock-to-top seam. There was also a loose top brace and the undersaddle pickup was humming so it needed to be replaced.

2014 Martin Custom X Series D [4.7 lbs] :: hardwood floor free fall
This high pressure laminate (HPL) back and sides Martin took a fall onto a hardwood floor. The treble side broke free from the back through the linings from the neck block to the tail block. The first back brace was split and needed to be reglued as well. See the glue up details here.
