An import 335 style semi-hollow in for some setup tweaks. Mediocre fretwork is often par for the course on imports with uneven frets and sharp ends. We decided to tap down the high frets and dress the ends to improve fretting up the neck. The player uses this guitar for chord-melody style (ie Joe Pass) and strings it with flats

Excessive relief yet not enough :: 2014 Gibson ES-355 [8.6 lbs]
Adjusting the truss rod on this year old Gibson was tricky. The bass side would have too much relief before the treble side started to back bow. This is a classic twisted neck situation. Luckily there was more than enough fret height to allow me to help correct this by leveling the frets.

The Midtown is a chambered small body 335 with a flat top and back. This was in for a setup and strung with Ernie Ball Slinky Cobalt 10's.
