I am always impressed by these import Blueridge dreadnoughts. This is going to be a gift to a customer's son so he wanted me to look it over. I ended up shimming up the saddle, refitting the uneven plastic bridge pins and replaced the missing end pin.

This guy was finally picked up after 2 years (!). I reglued the bridge, repaired a split in the headstock and glued up a loose tailblock-to-top seam. There was also a loose top brace and the undersaddle pickup was humming so it needed to be replaced.

A customer supplied these "Power Pins" to install in his Epiphone dreadnought. They are an interesting design as they bolt into each bridge pin hole and convert it to a top-loading pinless bridge.
1993 Martin 000-16 :: bridge removal
Cooking off a lifting bridge on a Sunday morning. This Martin also has a top crack running from the low E string bridge pin to the tail that needs to be addressed as well.

The original plastic bridge pins were mangled and needed to be replaced. I had to use oversize ebony bridge pins to fit properly as the replacement bone pins I had were too small. Once the new pins were fit, the guitar was set up for open E [EBEG#BE].
